Low Calorie Recipes

A strict diet plan is very important in shedding extra body fat. The energy generated in your body should be less than the energy required in order to melt your stubborn body fat. For this you have to consume a low calorie diet that contains all essential nutrients. But keep in mind that a very low calorie diet will slow down your metabolism and you have to work harder to lose weight. So it will be wise to plan a fat loss diet in such a way that it contains healthy snacks in between your meals.

Another smart way to limit your calorie intake is to include fruits and vegetables rich in fiber contents. Fiber will make you feel full sooner and stay in your stomach longer than other substances you eat, slowing down your rate of digestion and keeping you feeling full longer. Fiber also moves fat through your digestive system faster so that less of it is absorbed. There are many fat burning foods that will help you to achieve your weight loss goal.

Being on a low calorie fat loss diet doesn’t mean that you have to completely give up ever having desserts. You just need to be conscious about the choices you make and ensure that there is plenty of room for them in your diet to accommodate for the excess calories. Some great options are a cup of flavored coffee or tea sweetened with non calorie sugar or fruits with low fat whipped topping, etc.
