BLT Bread Salad


6 ounce French bread, cooking spray, 4 slices hickory smoked bacon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, ¼ teaspoon ground pepper, 6 cups torn romaine lettuce.


  • You will preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Then you will layer the bread on the baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 mins.
  • Then you will cook bacon in a nonstick skillet until it is crisp.
  • Finally you will combine lettuce, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl.

Tuna Pan Bagnat


Chopped red onions, olives, kosher salt, black pepper, olive oil and French bread baguette.


Combine ingredients in a bowl. Then you will combine basil and oil. After that you will stir with a whisk. Then you will cut the bread in a horizontal manner. Cut sides of the garlic clove over the cut sides of the bread. After that you will spoon tune mixture on the underside of the baguette.

Cornmeal Crusted Tilapia Sandwiches with Lime Butter


Cornmeal, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, coriander, red pepper, tilapia fillets, lime rind and lime juice.


You will preheat the broiler. Then combine 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Cooking spray is going to be used on both sides of fish. Fish is to be broiled for 10 minutes. Combine butter, rind and juice in a small bowl and stir well. Lastly place the top halves of rolls on the sandwiches.
