Fat Loss Exercises

Moderate exercise will help you burn calories but if you are looking to burn fat you need to put some real effort into your exercise routines and focus on doing exercises that burn fat.

Your body will burn fat when doing exercises for at least one hour. When you first start any aerobic activity your body draws on glycogen stores for energy. It takes about half an hour before it will start drawing on fat reserves within the body. You will be burning calories during the first half an hour; it is only during the later half of that workout that you will actually begin to burn the fat.

Fat loss exercises 1 – High intensity exercises do have the preference in burning fat at faster rate. Not only do they burn more calories but they raise your metabolic rate to a higher level as well.

Fat loss exercises 2 – Fat loss professionals and fitness trainers are adding weight lifting workouts to their cardio training. With cardio exercises you burn fat during the workout but the real power of weight lifting exercises is that you burn calories after the workout.

Fat loss exercises 3 – Include a few strength training exercises into your exercise routine. Strength training exercises help you build muscle, which in turn increases the fat burning efficiency of all other exercises that burn fat.

Fat loss exercises 4 – Aerobic or cardio exercises increase your metabolism, which means you will burn calories long after you finish exercising. Just twenty minutes of aerobic exercise will get the fat burning enzymes working.

Fat loss exercises 5 – Fat loss weight training is indeed one of the best things you can do in your efforts to lose fat. By adding muscle mass to your body, you will increase your metabolism and burn more calories while being active and while at rest.
