Like for example yoghurt, this is excellent food for reducing fat and particularly the one around waist. But remember that only fat-free and sugar-free yoghurt can give desired results. If yoghurt you are eating contains sugar or sugar corn syrup you are adding weight rather than losing it. Also check expiry date for packed food items and it is advisable to eat homemade food as much as possible. Not only packed foods, even natural foods like whole grains can be confusing. Rice is suggested as fat-free diet but white rice is not fat-free, only brown rice has protein and fibre which makes it useful in fat loss programs.
